Healthcare Professionals: If you are a healthcare provider registering to offer insights or teleconsultations on Arogya Nari, you must be a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) licensed in India.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
Consent to Communications: By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically for account verification, updates, and service-related information.
Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines
We are committed to maintaining a safe, trusted environment. Users (including both patients and professionals) must use ArogyaNari.in only for lawful purposes and refrain from any harmful behavior. You agree not to host, display, upload, publish, transmit, share or store any content that:

- Is Objectionable or Harmful
- Puts Children at Risk
- False or Misleading
- Threatens Security or Illegal Acts

Telemedicine Services: If our platform facilitates telemedicine consultations between you and a healthcare provider, you understand and agree that telemedicine has inherent limitations and is not intended to replace an in-person consultation when one is necessary.
"No Warranty": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arogya Nari (and its parent company Learnroll and affiliates) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use of it.
Subscription & Payment Terms
Note: ArohyaNari.in is currently free to use during its Beta stage. In the future, we may introduce paid features or subscription plans to enhance your experience.
Termination, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
User Termination: You are free to stop using ArohyaNari.in at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us or using available account settings.
Our Right to Terminate/Suspend: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms (and any related disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of your use of ArohyaNari.in or these Terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution.
